Context & Challenges
Every year, nearly 60,000 businesses disappear due to a lack of buyers, and more than 700,000 will have to be transferred by 2030. However, only 10,000 actual takeovers are carried out each year. In this context, Groupe Revive has established itself as a key player in the takeover of French businesses, with a strong conviction: "Our job is to get things moving again that others have stopped" (Cédric Meston, CEO).
The historic website, too institutional and static, no longer reflected the diversity of projects, the sector expertise, or the human dimension of the group. Revive needed a digital tool that lived up to its mission and ambitions: to inspire confidence, tell stories of transformation, and support its future operations and fundraising.
Our Approach
1. Research & Strategy
We redesigned the site's architecture by placing the user experience at the center. The objective: to create an immersive showcase that highlights success stories (Tupperware, Jay & Joy, etc.), highlights areas of action (struggling takeovers, takeovers with bonuses, democratization of takeovers via France Reprises, operational excellence), and facilitates discovery of the group's projects.
2. UX/UI Mockups
A sober but warm design was created on Figma, embodying Revive's identity and mission. Modern typography, a reassuring color palette, and visual storytelling highlight both the rigor of a financial player and the humanity of a transformation partner. The "customer case" pages were designed as true stories of resilience and recovery, to embody the human and economic impact of takeovers.


3. Web Development
The site was developed using Webflow, incorporating animations, dynamic sliders, and a modular CMS. The communications team now has complete autonomy to publish new cases, expand the investment portfolio, or share news and calls for projects without technical intervention.


Results
The new site now fully reflects the vision and mission of the Revive Group: to undertake sustainable transformation. It promotes the group's expertise and know-how, streamlines the user experience, and strengthens the trust of key targets: business leaders, investors and institutional partners.
Thanks to this digital showcase, Revive can now:
• Highlight its iconic successes (Tupperware, Jay & Joy, Monette, Bluedigo).
• Illustrate its impact in the face of a major economic and social challenge (20% of French companies will be transferred in the next 5 years).
• Strengthen its attractiveness to buyers and partners via the France Reprises platform.
• Equip itself with a strategic tool for its next fundraising and calls for projects.
Each project described becomes living proof of the group's mission: to offer French companies the energy, expertise and ambition of the best entrepreneurs to ensure their sustainability and growth.
