Legal information
Privacy policy.
What personal data we receive when you use techflow-agency.com or contact us, what we do with it, cookies, and your rights. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
1.
Data controller
The data controller is Techflow Agency PTE LTD, a Singapore company, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. For any question about your data: maximilien@techflow-agency.com.
We apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone located in the European Union, as well as Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2.
The data we receive
When you write to us or ask for a quote
The brief form on this website stores nothing: it prepares an email in your own mail app, which you choose to send. We then receive what you write in it: name, email address, company, project description, and any budget or timeline.
When you book a call
Bookings are made on Calendly. We receive your name, email address, the time slot you pick and the answers you give when booking.
When you browse the website
Like any website, our technical providers receive your IP address and browser information in order to serve pages, images and videos; these technical logs are used only for security and to keep the service running. If you accept it, Google Analytics also measures your visit (see "Cookies and analytics").
3.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and arrange a meeting (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To deliver and follow up the project if you become a client (performance of the contract).
- To send you news about our services if you agreed to it; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To keep the website secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.
4.
Who can access it
Only the TechFlow team handling your request. We use the following providers, who act on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting.
- Sanity AS (Norway): content management and delivery of the website's images.
- Mux, Inc. (United States): streaming of the testimonial videos.
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Analytics): email, working documents and, with your consent, analytics.
- Calendly LLC (United States): meeting booking.
- Brevo (France): sending emails, only if you agreed to receive our news.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
5.
How long we keep it
- Requests that don't lead to a project: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
- Hosting technical logs: a few weeks at most, according to our providers' retention periods.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): 14 months; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.
6.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict its processing, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to maximilien@techflow-agency.com; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
7.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie is a small file your browser stores. This website sets only one kind, and only with your consent: Google Analytics cookies, which measure traffic (pages viewed, where visitors come from, visit length) so we can improve the website. They are not used for advertising.
- _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): tell visitors and sessions apart, kept for 13 months at most.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse, refusing being as easy as accepting. Without an answer, nothing is stored. You can change your mind at any time with the button above. Your choice is saved in your browser (not in a cookie) for 6 months.
When you click through to an outside service (Calendly, LinkedIn, Instagram, our clients' websites), that service applies its own cookie policy. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, access to our tools is personal and protected, and we limit the data we collect to what we need to answer you.
9.
Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
