Convergences is an executive search and human resources consulting firm with established expertise in the South-East Asia region. For more than 15 years, they have supported companies in selecting leaders able to meet current and future challenges.

Context and Challenges

Convergences also offers consulting services in performance management, succession planning and change management, in addition to outsourcing services such as payroll management and performance tracking. Their need was twofold: modernise their brand image to reflect their leading position in the region, and have a functional, user-centred website with an integrated job board to make talent recruitment easier.

Creating a site able to meet that need took us 12 weeks of work. 4 weeks were needed for branding and UX/UI design, and 8 weeks for developing the site.

Our Approach

1. Research and Strategy

We carried out an in-depth study of Convergences' market and competitors, to understand the sector dynamics and client expectations, and to identify strategic opportunities to strengthen their positioning. We defined a distinctive positioning emphasising Convergences' expertise in leadership and recruitment across ASEAN, while adapting the communication angles to reach a targeted audience with impact.

2. Branding and Visual Identity

We developed a strong visual identity reflecting Convergences' values of leadership and excellence. That included creating a modern new logo, a professional colour palette and a consistent graphic style, designed to strengthen the brand's credibility.

3. UX/UI Mockups

We designed precise mockups in Figma, focusing on intuitive navigation and an optimal user experience. Our mockups were conceived to smooth access to key information such as the services offered, the case studies and the job board.

4. Web Development and CMS

The site was developed with a custom CMS allowing simplified management of job offers and content. The integrated job board offers robust features, optimised for recruitment and application management. Development included rigorous testing to ensure a fluid user experience on every device.

Results

Thanks to this collaboration, Convergences now has a modern, high-performing platform that is both elegant and functional. Their new site strengthens their credibility online, while making executive recruitment and the management of their HR services easier. This project has positioned Convergences as a key player in their sector, with visual and digital communication worthy of their expertise. Since going live, the job board receives an average of 65 applications per month, with a conversion rate of 9% on the offers published.
