Groupe Revive

Digital redesign for a key player in the takeover and turnaround of French companies, more than 40 businesses relaunched since 2016

Groupe Revive is a French player committed to taking over and turning around companies, in particular SMEs in difficulty or going through a handover.

Context and Challenges

Every year, close to 60,000 companies disappear for lack of a buyer, and more than 700,000 will need to be handed over by 2030. Yet only 10,000 takeovers actually happen each year. In that context, Groupe Revive stands out as a key player in the takeover of French companies, with a strong conviction: "Our job is to set back in motion what others have stopped" (Cédric Meston, CEO).

The legacy site, too institutional and static, no longer reflected the diversity of the projects, the sector expertise, or the human dimension the group stands for. Revive needed a digital tool that matched its mission and its ambitions: inspire confidence, tell stories of transformation and support its future operations and fundraising.

Branding and UX/UI design represented roughly 4 weeks of work.

Development of the site represented roughly 6 weeks of work.

Building the site took 10 weeks: branding and UX/UI design took 4 weeks, and development required 6 weeks of work.

Our Approach

1. Research and Strategy

We rethought the site architecture with the user experience at its centre. The goal: create an immersive showcase that highlights the success stories (Tupperware, Jay & Joy and others), sheds light on the areas of action (takeovers of distressed businesses, takeovers of healthy businesses, opening up takeovers through France Reprises, operational excellence), and makes the group's projects easy to discover.

2. UX/UI Mockups

A restrained yet warm design was created in Figma, embodying Revive's identity and mission. Modern typography, a reassuring colour palette and visual storytelling bring forward both the rigour of a financial player and the humanity of a transformation partner. The client case pages were conceived as genuine stories of resilience and recovery, to convey the human and economic impact of the takeovers.

3. Web Development

The site was developed in Webflow, with animation, dynamic sliders and a modular CMS. The communications team now has full autonomy to publish new cases, enrich the investment portfolio, or share news and calls for projects without technical help.

Results

The new site now fully reflects Groupe Revive's vision and mission: building businesses to transform them for the long term. It showcases the group's expertise and know-how, smooths the user experience, and strengthens the confidence of the key audiences: company directors, investors and institutional partners.

Thanks to this digital showcase, Revive can now:

  • Bring its emblematic successes to light (Tupperware, Jay & Joy, Monette, Bluedigo)
  • Illustrate its impact on a major economic and social issue (20% of French companies will need to be handed over in the next 5 years)
  • Strengthen its appeal to buyers and partners through the France Reprises platform
  • Equip itself with a strategic tool for its coming fundraising rounds and calls for projects

Every project told becomes living proof of the group's mission: to give French companies the energy, expertise and ambition of the best entrepreneurs so they can endure and grow. Since going live, the site generates an average of 10 introduction requests per month, with traffic up 42% over the first 6 months.
