Ma Carrière Immo is a specialised platform connecting talent in the property sector with companies looking for new team members.

Context and Challenges

The platform gives candidates the ability to browse job offers, apply, discover companies through detailed profiles, and talk to recruiters via instant messaging.

Companies, for their part, can post offers, promote their employer brand with personalised content and use advanced tools to recruit the best profiles. The main challenge was to design a competitive, flexible solution while guaranteeing a fluid user experience for both sides.

Development of the platform represented roughly 12 weeks of work.

Our Approach

1. Research and Strategy

From the start of the project, we worked closely with the Ma Carrière Immo team to identify the specific needs of candidates and recruiters. That allowed us to improve the user journeys according to the real expectations of the property market. We also defined a clear strategic positioning, aiming to make the platform a major player in recruitment in this rapidly changing sector.

This in-depth research phase was essential to align the client's objectives with effective, durable technical solutions.

2. Visual and UX Design

The visual identity and the mockups were produced by the agency Flowthesun.io, which created a modern, ergonomic interface perfectly suited to what users expect. Our team then took over to develop and integrate those mockups, making sure every detail was faithfully reproduced.

We also worked hand in hand with the client to optimise the user journeys and add advanced features.

3. Development with Bubble.io

We used Bubble to develop the platform, which allowed us to respect the budget constraints while offering maximum flexibility. This solution lets the client edit certain content themselves, which increases responsiveness and the ability to adapt to market needs.

In parallel, we added advanced features such as LinkedIn synchronisation, letting candidates automatically pre-fill their information, the integration of Google Reviews to improve companies' credibility, and onboarding email sequences to support and retain new users.

Results

Today, Ma Carrière Immo is a robust, flexible and innovative solution. The platform meets the needs of property professionals by offering them an intuitive, feature-rich interface. Thanks to Bubble, the client enjoys a great deal of autonomy in managing the platform, while keeping web performance and search visibility optimised.

Since going live, the platform records an average of 180 candidates and 35 companies registering per quarter, with a conversion rate of 8% on the job offer pages. This project has positioned Ma Carrière Immo as a key player in property recruitment.
