Epargne Plurielle Avenir

Digital redesign for an independent wealth management advisory firm with 15 years of experience.

Épargne Plurielle Avenir (EPA) is an independent wealth management advisory firm. With more than 15 years of experience, the firm supports individuals and professionals in optimising their assets through bespoke solutions: Luxembourg life insurance, SCPI property funds, private equity, tax optimisation and protection cover. A global approach, in open architecture, with no ties to a bank or an insurer.

The problem

The wealth management advisory sector is going through deep change. The digitalisation of habits now pushes clients to compare, research and choose their adviser online before any first contact. At the same time, the rise of wealth fintechs forces traditional players to stand out not only through their expertise, but also through their clarity and digital accessibility.

In that context, EPA (Épargne Plurielle Avenir) faced a twofold challenge:

  • A strong but barely visible positioning. Independent, multidisciplinary and open-architecture oriented, this positioning is a genuinely differentiating asset for a wealth management advisory firm with more than 15 years of experience. Yet it remained hard to grasp for an uninformed prospect.
  • The absence of a digital tool that measured up. The firm had no platform able to translate that expertise (Luxembourg life insurance, SCPI property funds, private equity, tax optimisation, protection cover) into a clear and engaging experience for its private and professional clients.

Our objectives

We had to design a digital platform able to showcase specialised expertise while remaining accessible, so that the richness of EPA's offer (open architecture, bespoke solutions, global approach) would be understandable from the first contact, including for an uninformed prospect.

The platform also had to establish the credibility of a human-sized firm against large banking institutions and wealth fintechs, by highlighting its independence and the absence of any tie to a bank or an insurer.

Finally, it had to reflect a modern, elegant and reassuring image, worthy of the wealth stakes facing the clients the firm supports.

Building the site took 9 weeks: 3 weeks for branding and UX/UI design, and 6 further weeks for development.

Our approach

1. Research and Strategy

We ran an in-depth benchmark of the French wealth management advisory sector, analysing both independent firms and digital players. That work brought a clear opportunity to light: the vast majority of independent adviser sites suffer from offers that are hard to read, an ageing visual identity, and a user journey with little conversion focus.

We therefore defined a strategic positioning around three axes:

  • Make high-end wealth solutions accessible (SCPI property funds, private equity, Luxembourg life insurance)
  • Present independence and the relationship of trust as differentiating factors
  • Bring forward the human dimension and the team's expertise in a sector often perceived as cold and opaque

2. Branding and Visual Identity

The EPA visual identity had to reconcile two worlds: the restraint and credibility expected of a financial adviser, and the modernity needed to attract a younger clientele accustomed to fintech standards. This new identity rests on:

• A deep, elegant colour palette, evoking trust, calm and solidity
• An elegant, structured typeface, combining reading clarity and character
• Clean, flowing graphic elements

Enough to assert the firm's premium positioning while remaining accessible and human.

3. UX/UI Mockups

The mockups designed in Figma were conceived to guide the visitor from discovering the firm through to booking an appointment. We worked on:

  • A clear hierarchy of services, organised by client need (optimise, invest, pass on, protect)
  • Explanatory service pages, setting out the different technical solutions
  • A strong emphasis on the value proposition
  • A team section humanising the firm and strengthening closeness with the advisers

4. Web Development and CMS

The site was developed entirely in Webflow with:

  • Light animation and fluid transitions to enliven the experience without weighing navigation down
  • A direct integration with Google Calendar to make online appointment booking easier
  • Performance optimised on desktop and mobile
  • An easily scalable CMS structure, allowing the firm's news to be published and managed independently

We also carried out complete technical SEO optimisation (tags, responsive, load speed) to strengthen the firm's visibility. The average load time came down to 1.4 seconds.

Results

The redesign gives Épargne Plurielle Avenir a digital platform that matches its expertise and its ambitions. It brings forward a clear, differentiating positioning, showcasing EPA's independence and bespoke approach against traditional banks and insurers. The user journey, now conversion oriented, offers immediate access to the free audit from every key page: those pages generate a conversion rate of 12%, meaning 18 audit requests per month for the firm against 6 before the redesign. The whole gives off a modern, reassuring image, able to attract both an established clientele and individuals structuring their wealth for the first time, with a scalable tool the team can enrich as regulatory news and new solutions come along.

The firm now has a modern, elegant and high-performing digital tool, consistent with the quality of the support it provides day to day.
